Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience supervising technicians and managing project workflows.
• Strong understanding of IP networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs).

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and mentor installation technicians on commercial and residential projects.
• Install, configure, and optimize surveillance systems (IP cameras, NVR/DVR, PoE switches).
• Set up networking infrastructure for security systems, including VLANs and remote access.
• Coordinate with IT teams to troubleshoot connectivity and system integrations.
• Train junior technicians on field implementation and backend configuration.
