Job summary

Live! is seeking a Surveillance Supervisor to oversee team members and protect casino assets via CCTV. You will observe activities on the casino floor and in related areas, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

The role requires knowledge of CCTV equipment, strong English literacy, and at least four years in casino surveillance with supervisory experience. Excellent customer service and the ability to train staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of computers and CCTV equipment.
• Must be able to read/write in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 4+ years casino surveillance experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Observe all activities on casino floor, cage, change booths, and count rooms via CCTV.
• Monitor safety hazards in casino areas to protect guests and employees.
• Operate monitor room equipment.
• Prepare and file reports as needed.
• Supervise department staff on asset protection and internal controls.
