Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland in the Philadelphia area is seeking a Surveillance Supervisor to lead a team, monitor casino assets via CCTV, and enforce security protocols in line with state gaming regulations and company policies.

You will oversee incident reporting, staff training, and cross-department coordination across table games and non-gaming areas, ensuring safety, asset protection, and reliable operations around the clock.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
4+ years casino surveillance experience with at least 2 years as a Supervisor or higher.
Must comply with state gaming regulations, including license eligibility.

Responsibilities

Observe guest and team activities via CCTV to detect criminal activity and policy violations.
Monitor casino areas for safety hazards and report incidents as needed.
Operate monitor room equipment and maintain thorough reports.
Supervise staff on asset protection procedures and internal controls.
Assist in scheduling and staff training.
Maintain thorough knowledge of Table Games and other departments.
Escalate violations to management and review department actions with Surveillance Management.
Meet with department leaders as required.
