Qualifications

• Minimum age 21
• Gaming registration required
• Experience in Surveillance preferred (3+ years)
• Pass written Surveillance test
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under high stress
• Demonstrate sound judgement and mature decision making

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain a proactive surveillance operation protecting assets and licenses.
• Operate all Surveillance CCTV and related equipment.
• Observe and report violations of law, regulations, and procedures confidentially.
• Cooperate with other departments and Surveillance teams to protect company assets.
• Coach, train, and motivate surveillance personnel in daily activities.
• Understand casino games, dealing procedures, counting strategies, and cheating methods.
• Conduct surveillance reviews or audits to confirm transactions or events.
