Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and writing skills with a focus on proper grammar.
• Previous Surveillance experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Non-Key LA Gaming license.
• A thorough working knowledge of casino games is preferred with an emphasis on payoffs, odds, procedures, and game protection.
• A working knowledge of Gaming Control Board Regulations is preferred.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Must have basic computer operational skills.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Operates surveillance equipment, including monitors, switchers, computers, controllers, and cameras.
• Provides CCTV and personal observations of all departments and applicable job functions to assure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
• Writes reports daily regarding observations.
