Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Baltimore is seeking Surveillance Officers to monitor casino activity via CCTV, respond to incidents, and document events clearly. You will work with colleagues across departments to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, be 21 or older, and able to obtain a gaming license. The role requires integrity, basic computer skills, and the ability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a gaming license through the MLGCA.
• Must have basic computer and arithmetic skills.
• Able to work day, evening or overnight shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Able to speak, read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Use a CCTV system to monitor and review activity.
• Investigate incidents with department colleagues.
• Complete typed reports/logs and preserve video as evidence.
• Maintain surveillance on casino operations for irregularities.
• Respond to activity and document illegal or unusual events.
• Work with law enforcement to review crimes and may represent the casino in litigation.
