Responsibilities

• Operate CCTV technology to monitor casino activities and review footage.
• Promote accountability by monitoring all casino areas and deter fraud.
• Document incidents, guest complaints, and risk management issues.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures and threats; participate in training.
• Coordinate with Gaming Authority or law enforcement as needed; testify when required.
• Identify trends by reviewing data and collaborating with leadership to enhance guest experience.
