Responsibilities

Operate CCTV and VMS equipment to monitor casino activity and review incidents.
Monitor casino areas and personnel to deter fraud and ensure policy compliance.
Review video for incidents and prepare written reports; share information with sister properties as directed.
Maintain knowledge of gaming regulations, policies, and threats; participate in training.
Operate facial recognition, license plate recognition, panic alarms, and access control systems where applicable.
Evaluate players for advantage play and suspicious activity using software and live observation.
Identify trends by reviewing data and investigating anomalies.
Coordinate with Gaming Authority and law enforcement; testify when required; protect confidentiality.
