Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Experience in a casino or resort setting preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Operate CCTV technology to monitor sportsbook activities and review footage.
• Proactively monitor sportsbook areas to promote policy compliance and deter fraud or theft.
• Document incidents with appropriate detail based on guest complaints, errors, risk, theft, or variances.
• Maintain knowledge of sportsbook rules and company procedures through ongoing training.
• Coordinate with Gaming Authority and law enforcement as needed; testify in court when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of Surveillance operations and non-public information.
• Identify trends and anomalies by data review and investigate anomalies.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance guest experience; perform other duties as requested.
