Job summary

Coushatta is seeking a Surveillance Supervisor to organize and oversee Surveillance Associates during the assigned shift to safeguard life and property on our property. The role requires strong observational and communication skills and prior experience in surveillance or law enforcement.

A Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field is preferred, along with 2–3 years of experience as a Surveillance Operator. Knowledge of CCTV systems is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCTV equipment preferred; minimum 2 years in law enforcement or surveillance.

Job description

Responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of all Surveillance Associates on assigned shift, to ensure the protection of life and property at a specified Company property.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related area from a four-year college or university preferred. Two to three years as a Surveillance Operator required.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of, and experience with, closed circuit television equipment preferred. Minimum of two years in law enforcement, surveillance, or related area required. Must possess excellent observational and communication skills. Must be able to detect any schemes or cheating activity aimed at the company or its' guests.
