Job summary

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, directing visitors and contractors, and documenting entries and departures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm problem-solving and notify site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift communications.
