As a Security Officer Full Time Guardin Lima, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report unusual activity. You will interact professionally with employees and visitors, support access procedures, and deliver responsive customer service. Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter, as assigned.
• Monitor for and report unusual activity, unauthorized access, hazardous conditions, and other security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
