Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time Guard) in Lima, OH. You will patrol manufacturing sites and deter security incidents, while delivering professional customer service to employees and visitors.

Responsibilities include regular patrols, incident reporting, and adherence to site procedures. Eligible candidates will undergo background checks and drug screening as required by law.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, access points, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report security concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify site contacts or emergency personnel.
