Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate Risk Specialist to support the Commercial Bank’s Associate Surveillance Program, focusing on population management, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and data reconciliation.

You will ensure monitored associates in Broker-Dealer and Swap Dealer lines are identified and provisioned in surveillance systems with a strong emphasis on data integrity and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making are required.
Experience identifying and resolving roster discrepancies and data gaps.
Ability to manage large datasets and ensure accuracy across systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain the golden-source inventory of monitored associates and track transfers/status changes.
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding to ensure surveillance tracking starts/ends on schedule.
Verify provisioning across surveillance tools and databases from day one.
Design and execute daily/weekly/monthly data reconciliations between feeds and rosters.
Serve as primary contact for data discrepancies with internal partners.
Collaborate with leadership to streamline processes and automate repetitive tasks.
Flag operational or compliance risks to leadership for quick action.
