Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate Risk Specialist to drive the Associate Surveillance Program for the Commercial Bank. You will maintain a golden-source inventory, manage onboarding/offboarding, and verify system provisioning across compliance tools.

The role emphasizes data integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and process automation in a regulated environment. Strong Excel and G-Suite skills are required, with at least 2 years in operations or data reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• 2+ years in operations, process management, data reconciliation, or compliance onboarding workflows.
• 2+ years using G-Suite or Microsoft Office for data tracking, reporting, or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Population management & governance of monitored associates across surveillance systems.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding workflows with Licensing & Registration and other teams.
• Ensure correct provisioning across compliance tools and channels from day one.
• Design and execute daily, weekly, monthly data reconciliations to identify gaps.
• Serve as primary contact for roster data discrepancies with business partners.
