Overview

As the eyes of the casino, you will be responsible for monitoring all guests and team member activities throughout the property to ensure safety and security. Whether it’s count rooms or jackpot winners, you’ll see it all in surveillance and will play a vital role in maintaining the operations of all departments.

Responsibilities

• Observe all activities of guests and team members on the casino floor, cage, change booths, and count rooms via the closed‑circuit television system for criminal activities and/or violation of the PGCB as well as company policies and procedures.
• Observe areas of the casino, atrium, and parking areas for safety hazards to ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees.
• Operate monitor room equipment.
• Complete proper reports and documentation as needed.
• Assist in training on CCTV equipment and alarms.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCTV equipment recommended.
• Knowledge of computers.
• Must be able to read/write in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
