Job summary

Silver Sevens Hotel in Las Vegas is seeking a Surveillance Operator to monitor casino and non-casino areas and report any violations. The role includes patrolling with PTZ cameras, maintaining event logs, and completing incident reports as needed.

The candidate will train on-site and must be able to operate video management systems and standard software, while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and following Nevada gaming rules.

Qualifications

All employees must be knowledgeable of company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
Prefer at least 6 months' previous experience in a similar position within the gaming industry.
Will train the right candidate.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

Monitor activities in all gaming and non-gaming areas and report violations.
Patrol the facility using cameras (pan, tilt, zoom) and log events in the digital recording system.
Complete incident reports as required and maintain confidentiality of observations.
Operate a computer and surveillance systems, and use Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
Monitor automated machines (bill breakers, vouchers, jackpot payouts, ATMs) and record activity.
