Job summary

Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos is seeking a Surveillance Operator to provide constant video surveillance and report accurate information for casino and tribal asset protection. The role requires maintaining confidentiality and monitoring designated areas to ensure policies are followed.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of gaming experience, be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED (some college preferred), and be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years gaming experience; non-gaming surveillance experience may be considered.
• Must have a complete understanding of the policies and procedures of each department and Gaming Operations in general.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent; some college preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor all areas that are designated as essential coverage areas to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of a high school diploma, a GED or equivalent experience. Some college is preferred.
