Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, a GED or equivalent experience. Some college is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years gaming experience. Non-gaming Surveillance experience may be considered.
• Must have a complete understanding of the policies and procedures of each department and Gaming Operations in general.
• Basic understanding of casino gaming systems.
• Must have proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Observe and report accurate information; summarizing the relevant details of an event in a concise and factual manner.
• Monitor all areas that are designated as essential coverage areas to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
