The Surveillance Operator uses video technology to support safe, secure, and well-run casino and property operations, helping protect our guests, team members, and company assets. Starting Pay: $22.00
Responsibilities
- Observe casino and property operations using video surveillance technology to help maintain a safe, secure, and well-regulated environment for guests, team members, and company assets.
- After completing required training, demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in monitoring all table games and gaming activities.
- Monitor slot operations to identify irregular activity, ensure compliance with procedures, and protect company assets.
- Observe cage, vault, and count room activities to support accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor non-gaming areas of the property, including public spaces and back-of-house areas, to promote safety and security.
- Complete accurate written logs detailing surveillance observations and activities during each shift.
- Prepare clear, timely written reports documenting observations, incidents, and potential policy or procedural violations.
- Perform all other duties as assigned in support of the Surveillance department and property operations.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and observations.
- Ability to write neat, clear, and legible reports and maintain accurate written logs.
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods of time while working in close proximity to other team members and effectively multitask in a monitoring environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times .
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
- Prior military, security, or law enforcement experience is preferred; computer handling experience is helpful.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Colorado Support Gaming License.
