Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service skills required.
• Previous surveillance experience is preferred.
• Comfortable in an isolated environment with little social interaction.

• Maintain confidentiality with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Professional relationships across all levels of the organization and external contacts.
• Intermediate Windows and MS Office skills; experience with database systems; ability to prepare reports and forms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities using multiple screens to oversee casino operations.
• Report non-compliance with company procedures.
• Learn surveillance strategies and game-related techniques with peers and management.
• Write comprehensive reports and logs; document incidents and violations.
• Provide solutions to vulnerabilities to prevent losses from internal or external sources.
• Maintain knowledge of Gaming Regulations, policies, and procedures; support investigations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when needed; complete incident and violation reports.
• Ensure video coverage is preserved for significant events as directed.
