Job summary

Bally's Kansas City Casino is seeking surveillance professionals to monitor casino floor, cages, and back-of-house areas, ensuring compliance with Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and internal controls.

You will observe activities, document incidents, report to authorities, and maintain confidentiality while operating surveillance systems and related software. A strong eye for detail and analytical mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must meet MO Gaming License Level 2 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Observe all guest and team member activities in monitored areas (casino floor, cage, count room, restaurants, back of house).
• Monitor for violations of Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and company policies.
• Record activities and report observations to authorities and supervisors; log surveillance activity daily.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information; keep work area clean and orderly.
• Operate surveillance systems and software; interpret footage to identify irregularities.
• Prepare clear, concise written reports with proper grammar and punctuation.
• Be adaptable to varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Observe all guest and team member activities in all monitored areas, including, but not limited to, casino floor, cage, count room, restaurants, and back of house common areas.
• Monitor activity for criminal activity, violation of Missouri Gaming Commission regulations, and/or violation of company policies and procedures.
• Appropriately record activities and report observations to company and Missouri Gaming Commission officials.
• Appropriately record surveillance activity in daily log.
• Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, operating systems, company policies and procedures, market plans, and team member and patron information.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members.
• Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's KC and departmental management.
• Show proficiency in operating surveillance systems and related software.
• Exhibit strong analytical abilities to interpret surveillance footage and identify irregularities.
• Ability to write clear and concise reports using correct grammar and punctuation.
• Demonstrate exceptional observational skills with the ability to remain focused for extended periods.
• Knowledge of all table games and casino internal controls.
• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Read, write, and understand simple instructions.
• Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.

Target Salary Range:

$18.00 - $21.00
