Job summary

Marktwaincasinolagrange is seeking a Casino Surveillance Specialist responsible for the security and integrity of all games and assets. You will perform surveillance duties, supervise observers, and ensure safety of guests and employees on the casino floor.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, English proficiency, and knowledge of CCTV systems. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to obtain a Missouri Gaming License.

JOB DUTIES

SUMMARY:

Responsible for the security and integrity of all games, and to protect the company’s assets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the safety and security of guests and employees.

• Casino floor games protection.
• Write complete and accurate reports.
• Perform any reasonable request made by management.
• Meet attendance requirements of the job and adhere to policy and procedure.
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
• Perform all job functions in a safe and reasonable manner.
• Maintain proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises all Surveillance Operators and Techs.

QUALIFICATIONS

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previous casino surveillance experience required. Must have detailed knowledge of closed circuit television monitoring systems and operation as well as knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations relating to gaming and alcohol. Must present a well groomed professional appearance and attitude. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English and have proficient writing, grammar and punctuation skills. Must be computer literate in a variety of computer programs. Must have a friendly, outgoing personality.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must be able to obtain a Level I Missouri Gaming License
