Job summary

DigiStream Investigations, a national private investigations firm, seeks bold individuals to join our New England team. Entry level with a clear path for career advancement; we provide equipment and day-one support to start on undercover surveillance roles.

Starting pay is $20/hour with potential to grow as you prove yourself. We offer performance-based incentives, PTO from day one, 401k with a 4% match, and a $30 monthly cell phone stipend.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Residence in New Hampshire.
• Open availability, weekends and holidays (≈50 hrs/week).
• Ability to start at 5am and occasional evenings.
• Pass DMV and background checks.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight on remote assignments (expenses paid).

• Work with the Ops team and provide updates by quick calls/texts.

Your Mission:

Conduct undercover surveillance on suspected fraud cases. Adapt to changing environments with quick-thinking and disguises to collect video evidence of a subject's activity.

You don’t need specialized training, credentials, or experience. You just need grit, open availability, and a sense of adventure. We’ll train you on the rest and equip you with the tools you need.

• Entry level with career advancement in our Surveillance Promotional Track
• Starting pay: $20/hour, average rookie Investigators earn $44,000-$54,000+
• Performance-based incentives and raise opportunities at 90-day, 6th month, and annual performance reviews

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must currently live in New Hampshire
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays (average 50 hours/week)
• Ability to start work as early as 5am daily with occasional work into the evenings
• Ability to pass DMV & background checks
• Confidence while driving and while being undercover in any environment
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight on remote assignments (as needed, all expenses paid)
• Minimal supervision - independent in the field, updating the Ops team by quick calls/texts
• Maintaining stake out positions for extended periods
• Tailing subjects by foot and vehicle
• Driving in urban, rural, and suburban communities, long-distances at times, in all weather conditions
