Job summary

DigiStream Investigations is seeking entry-level investigators to join our New England team in Connecticut. You will conduct undercover surveillance to collect video evidence on suspected fraud cases while maintaining situational discretion and safety.

Training is provided, with equipment and vehicles supplied from day one. Starting at $20/hour with rookie earnings averaging $44,000–$54,000+ annually, the role offers performance-based raises and PTO from day one.

• Must be at least 21 years old and live in Connecticut.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays (average 50 hours/week).

Your Mission:

Conduct undercover surveillance on suspected fraud cases. Adapt to changing environments with quick-thinking and disguises to collect video evidence of a subject's activity.

You don’t need specialized training, credentials, or experience. You just need grit, open availability, and a sense of adventure. We’ll train you on the rest and equip you with the tools you need.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must currently live in Connecticut
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays (average 50 hours/week)
• Ability to start work as early as 5am daily with occasional work into the evenings
• Ability to pass DMV & background checks
• Confidence while driving and while being undercover in any environment
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight on remote assignments (as needed, all expenses paid)
• Minimal supervision - independent in the field, updating the Ops team by quick calls/texts
• Maintaining stake out positions for extended periods
• Tailing subjects by foot and vehicle
• Driving in urban, rural, and suburban communities, long-distances at times, in all weather conditions
