Job summary

DigiStream Investigations in Lowell, MA is seeking entry-level investigators for undercover surveillance and video evidence collection in fraud cases. Training will be provided; no PI license is required, and all equipment is provided on day one.

Ideal candidates live in Massachusetts, are available weekends, and can start as early as 5am. Compensation includes starting pay at $20/hour with annual pay range $44,000–$54,000, plus benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct undercover surveillance on suspected fraud cases and collect video evidence.
• Work with flexibility, including early mornings and weekends, and maintain communication with the Ops team.
• Travel and stay overnight on remote assignments as needed, with expenses paid.

Your Mission:

Conduct undercover surveillance on suspected fraud cases. Adapt to changing environments with quick-thinking and disguises to collect video evidence of a subject's activity.

You don’t need specialized training, credentials, or experience. You just need grit, open availability, and a sense of adventure. We’ll train you on the rest and equip you with the tools you need.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must currently live in Massachusetts
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays (average 50 hours/week)
• Ability to start work as early as 5am daily with occasional work into the evenings
• Ability to pass DMV & background checks
• Confidence while driving and while being undercover in any environment
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight on remote assignments (as needed, all expenses paid)
• Minimal supervision - independent in the field, updating the Ops team by quick calls/texts
• Maintaining stake out positions for extended periods
• Tailing subjects by foot and vehicle
• Driving in urban, rural, and suburban communities, long-distances at times, in all weather conditions
