Job summary

DigiStream Investigations in Manchester, NH is seeking entry-level investigators to join our New England team. No PI license required; all equipment and vehicle provided day one; starting pay $20/hour with potential to reach $44k–$54k annually.

You will conduct undercover surveillance on suspected fraud cases, adapt to changing environments, and train with essential tools. This role offers rapid career advancement on a Surveillance Promotional Track, with performance-based raises and benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must reside in New Hampshire.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays (≈50 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Conduct undercover surveillance on suspected fraud cases.
• Adapt to changing environments and use disguises to collect video evidence.
• Travel as needed and stay overnight on remote assignments (expenses paid).

You don’t need specialized training, credentials, or experience. You just need grit, open availability, and a sense of adventure. We’ll train you on the rest and equip you with the tools you need.

• Starting pay: $20/hour, average rookie Investigators earn $44,000-$54,000+

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must currently live in New Hampshire
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays (average 50 hours/week)
• Ability to start work as early as 5am daily with occasional work into the evenings
• Ability to pass DMV & background checks
• Confidence while driving and while being undercover in any environment
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight on remote assignments (as needed, all expenses paid)
• Minimal supervision - independent in the field, updating the Ops team by quick calls/texts
• Maintaining stake out positions for extended periods
• Tailing subjects by foot and vehicle
• Driving in urban, rural, and suburban communities, long-distances at times, in all weather conditions
