GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Command Center Security Officer (GSOC) in Tampa, FL. You will monitor multiple security systems, document events, and respond rapidly to incidents to protect people and property.

The role emphasizes sharp observation, detailed reporting, and adherence to procedures within a security operations center environment. Applicants should have HS Diploma or GED, be authorized to work in the U.S., and be prepared to complete screening.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience as Command Center Dispatch/Operator or high-volume call center.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass extensive screening process.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Good eyesight with focus.
• Proficient with technology.
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement background is a plus.
• Ability to obtain Class D Security License.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document events with detailed reports.
