Qualifications

• Preferred experience as Command Center Dispatch/Operator or in a high-volume call center.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to provide HS Diploma or GED documentation
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Good eyesight and focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus
• Ability to obtain a Class D Security License

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports.

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
