CONFEDERATED TRIBES OF CLUSI is seeking a Surveillance Associate to protect tribal assets and monitor casino activities. The role requires handling confidential information, operating surveillance systems, and reporting incidents to supervisors and regulatory bodies.

The position involves training across camera operations, cheating detection, game protection, and compliance with Title 31 requirements. Candidates must be 21+, have a HS diploma, and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of experience in CCTV, casino operations, investigations or law enforcement preferred.
• Must satisfactorily complete a six-month probationary period and surveillance assessments.
• Must possess computer knowledge; surveillance is computer/digital based.
• Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English.
• Must obtain a valid gaming license from the Gaming Commission.
• Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Indian preference will be observed in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality over all Casino, Surveillance Department, Tribal Gaming Commission, and Tribal matters.
• Operate surveillance cameras, equipment and software to identify, record and report violations or suspicious activity.
• Observe and report daily casino activity and complete routine reports and log entries.
• Assist with investigations as directed by the Surveillance Supervisor/Director.
• Attend mandatory trainings, meetings and briefings; maintain communications with Surveillance Department.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of department operations and Gaming Commission regulations.
