Job summary

CLIFF CASTLE CASINO HOTEL is seeking a Surveillance Officer to monitor and document activities across the property, ensuring safety for guests and team members. You will maintain camera coverage, observe incidents, and document all activities with care and accuracy.

The role requires at least 1 year in surveillance or related fields, with preference for tribal gaming or loss prevention experience, and the ability to act quickly under pressure. 18+ and U.S. work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of surveillance-related experience required.
• Experience in tribal gaming enterprise or loss prevention preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate clearly and deescalate tense situations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Surveillance department daily activities.
• Maintain camera coverage and document casino activities and incidents.
• Observe incidents and ensure actions are taken for life-threatening or illegal events.
• Prepare surveillance reviews and reports as directed.
• Learn non-compliance with gaming compact and internal controls.
