Job summary

Cliff Castle Casino Hotel is seeking a Surveillance Officer to monitor casino activities, document incidents, and support safety and service for guests and team members. The role requires careful observation, timely reporting, and strict adherence to internal controls and gaming policies.

Applicants should have at least one year of surveillance or related experience, with tribal gaming exposure preferred. Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be eligible to work

Qualifications

• One year of experience in general surveillance, casino surveillance, law enforcement, or similar work requiring close observation.
• Experience in a Tribal gaming enterprise is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate camera coverage and document all casino activities, incidents, and policy violations.
• Perform surveillance assignments, reviews, and reports as directed.
• Ensure observations are professional and timely.
• Take immediate actions on life-threatening or illegal incidents.
• Adhere to all gaming compact and internal controls policies.
