Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Baton Rouge is seeking a Surveillance Associate to monitor activities across casino spaces, assist with safety, and ensure policy compliance. You will observe operations, document concerns, and coordinate with authorities as needed.

The role requires discretion, strong communication, and teamwork, with a preference for 1–2 years of surveillance experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a welcoming attitude toward all guests at all times.

• Track and complete government reporting.
• Know guest alcohol limitations and related policy.

• Work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times.
• Observe all guest and team member activities in all monitored areas, including, but not limited to, casino floor, cage, count room, restaurants, and back of house common areas.
• Monitor activity for criminal activity, violation of Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission regulations, and/or violation of company policies and procedures.
• Appropriately record activities and report observations to company and Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission officials.
• Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, company policies and procedures, and team member and guest information.
• Track and complete all government reporting.
• Have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
• Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.

Target Salary Range

$15.00 per hour
