Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a technical leader for Rear View and Surround View camera features within the ADAS team. You will decompose requirements, orchestrate cross-domain efforts, and drive robust validation through FMA and HIL/SIL testing.

You will collaborate with Product Design and Digital Design to shape the Camera Experience Features roadmap, ensuring regulatory compliance and high quality in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in ADAS features with sensors.
• Experience with V diagram and safety analyses (FMA) would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for Rear View and Surround View camera features.
• Lead requirements decomposition and cross-domain orchestration.
• Ensure global regulatory and functional safety compliance (FMVSS111, ISO-26262).
• Drive feature robustness through FMA and advanced validation (HIL/SIL/Vehicle).
