Acrisure, a global Fintech leader, seeks a Surplus Lines Associate in its Regulatory Affairs Department to provide comprehensive support to employees, leaders, and agency partners with strong customer service, attention to detail, and computer skills. This on-site role emphasizes tax compliance, documentation, and collaboration across multi-state regulations in a dynamic insured services environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher is preferred; applicable experience welcomed.
• Enrollment in accounting, business, insurance, or legal studies programs may be considered.
• Accounting or audit experience is preferred but not required.
• Minimum one year in customer service or administrative role.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Initiates tax compliance submissions as assigned by senior team member.
• Verifies applicability and accuracy of tax compliance documents received and filed.
• Maintains day-to-day regulatory documents in an organized and timely fashion at the direction of the team.
• Maintains confidences and protects operations by maintaining a high degree of confidentiality with all sensitive information and assigned tasks.
• Remains informed of multi-state tax requirements.
• Execute and utilize tax reports as needed.
• Possesses the ability to interpret and apply best practice to meet unique business needs.
• Maintains current knowledge of team responsibilities and is cognizant of the team's function by supporting the success of the team through effective and accurate administrative assistance.
• Resolves limited and non-routine problems as required.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.
