Acrisure is seeking a Surplus Lines Associate in its Regulatory Affairs Department to provide comprehensive support with a focus on accuracy and customer service. This hybrid role supports employees, leaders, and agency partners across multi-state tax compliance and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher preferred; equitable work experience considered.
• At least one year in a customer service or administrative role.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Initiates tax compliance submissions as assigned by senior team member.
• Verifies the applicability and accuracy of all tax compliance documents received and filed.
• Maintains day-to-day regulatory documents in an organized and timely fashion at the direction of the team.
• Maintains confidences and protects operations by maintaining a high degree of confidentiality with all sensitive information and assigned tasks.
• Remains informed of multi-state tax requirements and supports the team with administrative duties.
