Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort with computers and data entry (EMR, Outlook, etc.)
• Basic animal handling and husbandry knowledge
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift

Responsibilities

• Support surgical technicians and veterinarians throughout the day
• Assist with patient handling, restraint, and basic care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and surgery-ready environment
• Field phone calls and assist with client communication and updates
• Document client interactions accurately in medical records
• Assist with prescriptions and coordination with pharmacies
• Provide compassionate support to clients, including during euthanasia cases
• Jump in wherever needed to keep the department running smoothly
