Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum.
• Conduct initial and ongoing health status assessments and document plans.
• Develop and revise care plans as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Evaluate responses to interventions and ensure safety and quality.
• Engage in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
