Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Staff RN for the Outpatient Surgery department at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH. This full-time 32-hour-per-week role requires BSN, Ohio RN license and BLS.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of Preop, PACU, Critical Care, or ED RN experience and will provide patient care in a collaborative health care team. The RN will perform assessments, plan and implement care, monitor outcomes, and participate in process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Must hold a current Ohio RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of recent Preop, PACU, Critical Care or ED RN experience.

Responsibilities

• 30% Assessment/Diagnosis: initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• 30% Outcomes Identification/Planning: document planned interventions.
• 20% Implementation/Evaluation: document responses and adjust care plan.
• 10% Leadership: participate in process improvements for quality and efficiency.
• 10% Operations: perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
