Job summary

OhioHealth in Dublin, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across the continuum in a high-performing surgical unit. The position requires attention to safety, quality, and compassionate patient care during day shifts.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring adherence to the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. BSN preferred with current RN licensure and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN degree is required at 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Provide professional nursing care and act as a nurse advocate within department policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes and safety goals.
• Engage in process improvement to support clinical quality and patient satisfaction
