Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Meet nursing needs of a defined patient group using the nursing process and care plan.
• Administer medications with adherence to the seven rights and patient age considerations.
• Collaborate with ancillary departments to ensure safe, interdisciplinary care.
• Organize and prioritize nursing duties and document activities clearly and accurately.
• Monitor, assess and discharge planning with patient education as needed.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and demonstrate unit-specific competencies.
