Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Inc. is seeking a Per Diem CRNA to join our Center City Campus. This role supports a Level 1 trauma center and academic medical center with diverse cases, cutting-edge procedures, and multiple transplant programs.

The CRNA will participate in pre-anesthetic evaluation, provide intraoperative anesthesia care, and manage anesthesia induction and maintenance with the anesthesia team. Epic EMR and a well‑established team ensure strong work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• CRNA certification required.
• Experience with anesthesia delivery.
• Experience in a busy academic medical center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-anesthetic evaluation and planning.
• Provide intraoperative general anesthesia care in collaboration with an attending anesthesiologist.
• Induce and maintain anesthesia per patient needs.
• Administer neuraxial anesthesia and nerve blocks as indicated.
• Support OR procedures and promote patient safety and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with perioperative team to ensure continuity of care.
