Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate from an accredited school of nursing; active RN license in PA.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaboration with diverse patients and care partners.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with patients and families.
• Ability to delegate appropriately.
• Understanding of discharge planning and educating patients and families.
• Familiarity with health information documentation and IT use.
• BLS certification; RN licensure in PA.
