Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Enrollment in a BSN program within 3 years of hire.
• Completion of a BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care and teaching.

Education

Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program within 3 years of hire

Completion of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within 5 years of hire

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or higher (preferred)
