Valley Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse II for the SURG TELEMETRY STEP-DOWN unit to provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and patient education, with emphasis on communication and teamwork.

The RN II must maintain licensure in the applicable states, complete mandatory competencies, and demonstrate leadership as Charge Nurse when appropriate; BSN is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Meets all requirements of a RN I; uses nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Requires RN licensure in applicable state(s) with BLS; specialty certifications preferred for Labor & Delivery.
• Provides leadership, teamwork and patient/family education as part of care.
