Mercy St. Louis is seeking an experienced RN for Telemetry Level 2 (Tele2) to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced, high-acuity unit. You will monitor cardiac rhythms, collaborate with the care team, and educate patients throughout care transitions.

Qualifications

• RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification either current or within 30 days of hire.
• Strong clinical skills in high-acuity telemetry and cardiac care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a telemetry setting.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and clinical changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
• Manage patients with moderate to high acuity needs.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
