Qualifications

• AA in surgical technology from an accredited program; a BA/BS preferred.
• Minimum 3 years OR scrub experience in last 5 years OR 3 years teaching.
• Active CST credential through NCCA-accredited program.
• Current state license/registration as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical site partnerships and student rotations.
• Coordinate clinical placements, site orientations, and scheduling.
• Deliver classroom and lab instruction for surgical technology.
• Evaluate student progress and maintain grades per policy.
• Assist Program Director with admissions and program operations.
