• Oversee all aspects of the Surgical Technology program and its budget.
• Maintain CST certification and stay current with accreditation standards.
• Lead PAC meetings and coordinate faculty hiring processes.
• Develop and update curriculum to meet accreditation standards.
• Engage with clinical partners for student placement and recruitment.
