Surgical Technology Program Director — Full-Time

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicatedSurgical Technology Program Directorto lead and oversee our Surgical Technology program. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical and instructional experience, a commitment to student success, and knowledge of surgical technology education, curriculum development, and program planning.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a surgical technology education program accredited by a nationally recognized programmatic accreditation agency.
• CurrentNBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)credential.
• Minimum offive years of combined experienceas an operating room scrub practitioner, surgical technology instructor, or a combination of both within the past ten years.
• Minimum of anassociate degreein any discipline; concentration in Surgical Technology preferred. A bachelor’s degree or higher is recommended and may be required based on institutional accreditation standards.
• Documented education or experience ininstructional methodology, curriculum design, and program planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high academic, clinical, and professional standards.
