Job summary

Novant Health is hiring a Surgical Technologist for the OR at the New Hanover Regional Medical Center location in Wilmington, NC. The role supports the operating room team by maintaining sterile technique, preparing for procedures, and assisting surgeons in a fast-paced environment.

Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED with enrollment in an accredited Surgical Technology program and completion of all clinical training. Prior Surgical Technologist experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited Surgical Technology program in good standing is required.
• Must have completed all clinical training as defined by the program.

What We're Looking For

Education: High School or GED, required. Current Enrollment and in good standing of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Has completed all clinical training as defined by the academic Surgical Technology program.

Experience: Previous Surgical Technologist experience, preferred.
